What I collect and why
If you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell me, such as your organisation and event details. I use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to arrange that work. My basis for this is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact me.
If you sign up for the newsletter, I collect your email address and use it only to send you occasional emails on authenticity at work. My basis for this is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking me to remove you or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. If I start sending the newsletter through an email service, your address will be held there too. I do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any work that follows, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing andrew@ajmarcinko.com or using the contact form. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This site does not use cookies or tracking, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself.
